సింగరేణిలో అప్రెంటిస్ షిప్ లకు దరఖాస్తులను ఆహ్వానిస్తున్నట్లు జీఎం బీహెచ్ వెంకటేశ్వరరావు తెలిపారు. ఐటీఐ చేసిన అభ్యర్థులు రేపటి నుంచి (జూలై 25) సంస్థ వెబ్ సైట్ లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలని కోరారు. దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న హార్డ్ కాపీలను వచ్చే నెల 8 (ఆగస్టు 8)వ తేదీలోగా ఎంవీటీల్లో సమర్పించాలన్నారు. 

 ఇక మొత్తం 1300 మందికి ఈ అవకాశం కల్పించనున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. వారసత్వ ఉద్యోగాలకు అర్హులైన వారికి, సంస్థ కుటుంబాలకు చెందిన వారికి ఎక్కువ ప్రాధాన్యం ఉంటుందని తెలిపారు. ఎలా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.. పూర్తి వివరాలను ఇక్కడ తెలుసుకుందాం.. 

 SCCL వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో అప్రెంటిస్‌షిప్ శిక్షణ కోసం తమ పేర్లను నమోదు చేసుకున్న అభ్యర్థులు కొత్త NAPS రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫారమ్‌తో పాటు సంతకం చేసిన అప్లికేషన్ ప్రింట్‌అవుట్ యొక్క హార్డ్ కాపీలను ఏదైనా ఏరియా MVTCలలో తేదీ 8 ఆగస్టు, 2022 సాయంత్రం 5గంటలలోపు సమర్పించాలి.

ముందుగా అభ్యర్థులు ప్రభుత్వ NPS కొత్త పోర్టల్ www.apprenticeshipindia.org లో తమ పేర్లను నమోదు చేసుకున్న తర్వాత www.scclmines.com/apprenticeship వద్ద SCCL వెబ్ పోర్టల్‌లో పేర్లను నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి .

NAPS నమోదు సంఖ్య 13 అక్షరాలు లేకపోతే దానిని 13 అక్షరాలుగా చేయడానికి ఆల్ఫాబెట్ తర్వాత '0'ని జోడించండి. ఉదాహరణకు.. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నంబర్ A123456789 అయితే దానిని A000123456789 గా నమోదు చేయండి.

SCCL లేదా ఎంప్లాయీస్ చిల్డ్రన్‌లో పనిచేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగులు (SCCLలో చేరడానికి ముందు ITI సర్టిఫికేట్ కలిగి ఉన్నవారు లేదా కంపెనీలో పనిచేసి ఎన్ఓసీ తీసుకున్నవారు) దరఖాస్తును సంబంధిత డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ హెచ్ ఓడీల ద్వారా పంపాలి.

Minimum Qualifications

• 0-18 months experience in Technical Support/Customer service operations/ Troubleshooting/Campaign Optimisation in any company

Selection Procedure:

(a) For Post Code A,B&C- Junior Secretariat Assistant (General/Finance & Account/Store &

Purchase)

Proficiency in computer typing speed and in using computer will only be qualifying in nature,

the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in open

competitive written examination and choice of their preference for the post. The merit list will only

comprise of those candidates who have qualified the proficiency test in computer typing.

(b) For Post Code D - Junior Stenographer

 Eligible candidates will be invited for Competitive Written examination & Stenography Test.

While the proficiency in stenography will only be qualifying in nature, the final merit list will be

prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.

The details of post wise eligibility such as educational qualification, experience, age, etc. are

described as under:

1. PROBATIONARY OFFICERS

Educational Qualification: Graduates in any discipline with at least 65% marks or those having

Professional Qualifications like CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, MBA, LLM, MTech, etc. from a

recognized University or Institution will be preferred

JAIIB/CAIIB qualified will be preferred from among experienced candidates

Experienced qualified candidates upto 30 years of age are eligible

Age Limit: Minimum Age 20 years and Maximum 30 years as on 30.06.2022.

 Candidate should indicate the percentage obtained in Graduation/Post-Graduation degree

calculated to the nearest two decimals in the online application. Where CGPA/OGPA is

awarded, the same should be converted into percentage and indicated in the online application.

If called for interview, the candidate will have to produce a certificate issued by the appropriate

authority inter alia stating the norms of the University regarding conversion of grade into

percentage and the percentage of marks scored by the candidate in terms of these norms

 Calculation of Percentage: The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks

obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all the semester(s)/ year(s) by aggregate

maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of Honors/ optional/ additional optional subject,

if any. This will be applicable for all Universities, including those where Class/ Grade is decided

on basis of Honors marks only. There will be no rounding off of percentage so arrived i.e.

64.99% will be treated as less than 65%.

2. PROBATIONARY ASSOCIATES

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University

 Knowledge of computer operation is essential

 Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in Marathi, Hindi and English Language

 Have a flair for Customer Service, Marketing and Business Development

Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 26 years as on 30.06.2022. There shall be

relaxation of the maximum age in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Ex. Servicemen

upto 31 years.

Selection Procedure

1. Candidates who pass the Online (written) Test will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview

2. The final selection of candidates will be on the basis of combined scores: On-line (written) Test

and Personal Interview

3. The On-line (written) Test will only be in the English language

Training period and emoluments:

A) Probationary Officer

On appointment

 Training will be for a minimum period of 24 months

 Emoluments -

First six months Rs. 30,000/- p.m., Next six months Rs.35,000/- p.m.

Thereafter, will be fitted in the scale of Officer cadre with CTC of Rs. 5,59,000/-

p.a.(approx)

On successful completion of training and subject to performance, they will be confirmed and

absorbed in the Officer cadre with CTC of Rs. 6,55,000/- p.a. (approx) at current levels of

D.A.

B) Probationary Associate

On appointment:

 Training will be for a minimum period of 12 months

Emoluments

During training Rs. 20,000/- p.m.

On successful completion of training and subject to performance, they will be confirmed and

absorbed in the Associate cadre with CTC of Rs.4,38,000/- (approx) at current levels of

D.A.

Familiarity with Web Development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc

Good Logical Reasoning Skills

Desire to learn different technologies at a rapid pace

SALARY: CTC of Rs 6 Lakhs per annum + 2 Lakhs Joining Bonus.

The above mentioned joining bonus will be paid after completion of 3 months of service.

All selected candidates will be eligible for annual performance appraisal leading to suitable salary increments from the end of 1st year onwards.

There will be a service agreement of 2 years with the company.
