This role involves providing a delightful Customer Service experience to some of the worlds biggest brands.
The job requires you to handle inbound/outbound calls/e-mails/chats for our customers.
Eligibility:
Graduates/undergraduates with minimum 12 months of technical experience and sound knowledge
of Windows Servers, Cloud Services, Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting, Windows OS, knowledge of
One Drive, SharePoint, and Networking.
Should be flexible to work in a 24/7 work environment.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Skills Required:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Typing skills – minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
